How to setup port forwarding? Static IP? FTP?

Hello. I have been running into many problems lately with networks and im not very computer literate. First, my PS3 apparently needs a “static ip”(dont know what this is or means) with ports open on my linksys router. People have said “make a dedicated IP for the ps3 and open ports this and that with the mac address” But I do NOT know how. Can someone please try and walk me through this process with a linksys router?

Yes, these are both port forwarding issues!

GO TO
http://portforward.com Click GUIDES at the top menu Then click on the left side, third item down, Guides by Router!
Enter your router Make and Model.. It will WALK you through setting up applications, your computers, your PS3 and all else even your FTP server at your office!

If your WORK system uses a dynamic IP, Buffalo allows you to use DYNDNS so that the address is “tracked’ with a “domain name” Just visit https://www.dyndns.com/
follow the information. Log backin to the NAS and setup the Dyndns domain info and let the DNS system track your office IP!

Anyone with an overgrowth of Candida yeast in your body is completely changing their diet from the typical American diet the best course of action. The Candida diet seems drastic, but probably no one with a Candida problem will improve if you do not follow the full course of treatment – diet, antifungals, and changes lifestyle.

The purpose of the Candida diet is to starve the Candida yeast from anything they eat. Since it thrives on sugar and carbohydrates refined, containing elements will be eliminated. You will need to learn a new way of eating and relating to food. Fortunately, in addition to get the candida back into balance with other bacteria in the system, changing the diet can also affect your body in other positive aspects, such as reducing the risk obesity, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

The main theme to eliminate from the diet is sugar which is the favorite food of Candida. Do not be surprised to find sugar cravings while increasing dietary changes. In fact, anxiety can become increasingly intense. If anyone is tempted, will want to forgive themselves and move on.

The sugar is in one way or another in most of the foods found in supermarkets. Learning to read labels and look for the following items will help to eliminate anyone of sugar from your diet: sugar beet, maple sugar, date sugar, syrup organic sugar cane, dextrose, maltose, lactose, maltodextrin, fructose, corn syrup, high fructose, brown sugar, powdered sugar, honey or molasses. In regard to Candida, sugar is sugar, does not mind the way he has.

Candida Diet also requires reducing or eliminating the text following: sugar, alcohol, wheat, yeast, caffeine, preservatives and additives, refined and processed foods, moldy foods, like cheese and products dairy (except yogurt and butter, as it does not contain much lactose).

Increased low-carb foods, foods rich in protein, vegetables, small amounts of complex carbohydrates. This may include buffalo, chicken, beef, turkey, lamb, ostrich, and fish. Vegetables to include would kale, lettuce, cucumbers, zucchini, cauliflower, green beans, spinach, onion, garlic, green peppers, and avocados. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, maize, beans, winter squash, and carrots are rich in carbohydrates and should be eaten in moderation.

Other grains of wheat – rice, oats, barley, spelled, and rye – You can eat, but are higher in carbohydrates. Some people, however, may not be eaten. Nuts are another source of protein, but not all will be able to eat well. Each person want to follow the signals of your body if you eat grains, nuts or not. It is important for their elimination in the initial phase of the Candida diet, but may be returned after some progress made.

Fruits contain natural sugars, so it will be removed until the candida is reduced. Low sugar fruit in includes strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and pears. Fruits with high sugar levels should be avoided. Anyone who faces eating sweetened alternatives you want to use sugar as a result of: fruit juice, barley malt, rice syrup, agave or stevia.

No two people are affected by overgrowth of yeast in the same way. What might work for someone with great results can not function the same way as somebody else. Candida treatment is often trial and error although the treatment methods are the same. Learn all you can not only about the Candida diet, but growth fungi in general, and you'll soon be able to find what works best for you.
