Coin/COA Mismatch in 1 oz American Eagle?

I have been contemplating the sale of a $50 American Eagle Proof given to me as a gift many years ago, and in examining the contents of the case more closely, I’ve noticed that while both the spine of the case and the coin itself read ‘1987′ (MCMLXXXVII) the COA reads 1986. How unusual is this? Will it cause any difficulties at sale?

It may and it may not. I can not find anything about this problem. Someone may have had both eagles and mixed up the COA’s. In the long run it should not matter for you are selling a coin not the COA. In the end you can always have it graded by one of the grading services and throw the COA away.

PolyMVA energy for Work Done

Therapeutic approaches over fifty years, most scientists and physicians focused in cellular metabolism. With the advent of genetics a concentrated shift toward genomics, proteomics, and subsequently (protein profiles), dominated the therapeutic stage. The area of metabolism (metabolomics) is being reviewed as an attractive target.

A regulatory approach is through manipulation of cellular energy. Of cellular energy metabolism is power. As we age, there is a decrease in metabolism also numerous disease states involve metabolic dysfunction (ie ischemia / infarction, cancer). As we all know, the power plant cell is the mitochondria. It uses high-energy intermediates (NADH and FADH) to donate electrons and drive ATP production, our functional energy source. Can we alter the metabolic fitness, providing an alternative source of electrons?

What is Poly-MVA?
Poly-MVA is a dietary supplement containing a complex patented palladium lipoic acid (LAPD). LAPD is a composite element palladium irreversibly bound to the antioxidant lipoic acid in a trimer about thiamine (B1). The name of Poly-MVA was coined by Dr. Albert Sanchez since Poly MVA is composed of minerals, vitamins and amino acids (MVA). Moreover Complex of LAPD, the patented formula contains riboflavin, cyanocobalamin, formyl-methionine and acetyl-cysteine. Dr. Sanchez became in his first defense in his quest for noninvasive support / treatment for cancer patients, following their wives tragic battle with colon cancer.

The family of compounds of LAPD was discovered by Dr. Merrill Garnett. While Dr. Garnett was formally trained as a dentist, this was followed by a substantial graduate work in biochemistry and electrochemistry, followed by more than 40 years of scientific bench work. His research and detection in Thousands of organo-metallic compounds, led to the discovery of non-toxic chemotherapeutic agent LAPD. The principles that led to this conclusion in the years 90 still manage the interests of laboratory of Dr. Garnett beginning today, that ultra-low current electrical frequency are at the heart of all physiological processes and determine events such as polarization, cargo and folding enzymes, nucleic acids and membrane phospholipids. He believes that the regulation of charge transfer can be the basis of several new methods of managing medications.

QUESTIONS?
Often contact me in my laboratory, radio, or approached at conferences with the most common questions about Poly MVA.
A number of people who are under the impression that Poly MVA is simply a cocktail of palladium, alpha-lipoic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, cyanocobalamin, formyl-methionine and acetyl-cysteine. There lipoic acid free or palladium in Poly MVA, is bound irreversibly with thiamine. Therefore, comparisons with free palladium or lipoic acid are irrelevant. This was done by Dr. Garnett to create a metallic polymer that is both fat and water soluble. Furthermore, it is arranged in a unique way so it does not metabolize, dissociate and release the metal, which could accumulate in tissues and eventually become toxic, like most chemotherapeutic agents.

Poly MVA is safe? Complex Police in Los Angeles has undergone extensive toxicology study (Calvert Laboratories, Inc; Pharmakon USA, Inc.). The toxicology was conducted both by intravenously or orally with the LAPD. The mice were administered dose of 5.000 mg / kg (a typical human dose is 20 mg / kg). No deaths or signs of damage organ occurred in test animals. It was concluded that the LD50 of the LAPD exceeds 5.000 mg / kg. The Ames test was performed by independent lab and has proven itself not cause any mutation. Police Department also was studied for its effectiveness in slowing the growth of glioblastoma cells in vivo. The Tumors were allowed to set and mice were divided into 8 groups of 10. Four groups were given daily intravenous (IV) dose or placebo LAPD, four groups given intraperitoneal doses of .05, 1.0 or 2.0 mg per mouse for a total of four weeks and tumor volume was measured throughout the study. Compared with controls who received no LAPD, the mice that received the test material orally or intravenously 0.5, 1.0 or 2.0 mg had a significantly lower growth of glioblastoma (50% or greater reduction in tumor size).

Palladium is a precious metal and quite expensive. Why use it? Dr. Garnett discovered during Electrochemical studies of DNA (cellular and other biological entities) has select electrical frequencies that resonates. After testing thousands of products chemicals, Dr. Garnett found that only a limited few metals that share the same resonance frequencies with DNA. This facilitates the flow of electrons between them. This is analogous to the propulsion power provided to a surfer on a wave. If the net is in sync with the wave can travel around the way to the beach. However, if he or she isn't, the crown is right at the top of the wave. Palladium is important because this is the one that Dr. Garnett could cook with lipoic acid and thiamine to form this irreversible crystal polymer.

Why are the other components added dietary supplement? Most of people feel the other components are added without taking into account the complex LAPD, but this is not true. Any molecule transfer electrons have the ability to generate heat. In early studies, high temperatures patient. The proprietary blend of Poly MVA is not inert, but also plays a role buffer changes in temperature.

Poly MVA is just a super free radical scavenger? This was my first thought after my first experiments transient global ischemia with the complex of LAPD in Poly MVA. However, the complex LAPD is a liquid polymer crystal. There are extensive data supporting the dramatic redox potential of the polymers versus monomolecular structures, such as vitamins. Any molecule can certainly absorb redox electrons, but also donated. Dr Documents show LAPds Garnetts electrochemical redox potential significantly with monomolecular jurisdiction. After my results initial investigation of ischemia, I sent some Poly MVA to Brunswick Labs, Inc. (Wareham, MA) for an ORAC analysis. An ORAC assay measures the radical absorbance capacity oxygen from a compound, compared to Trolox (vitamin E). The table below shows the fight against the powerful antioxidant capacity of Poly MVA (expressed as Trolox equivalent per gram):

Vitamin A = 1.6 (2,800)
Vitamin C = 1.12 (1,890)
Vitamin E = 1.0 (1,700)
Melatonin = 2.04 (3,468)
Lipoic acid = 1.4 (2,400)
Poly MVA = 5.65 (9,605)

Why is this supplement often credited or related with the power supply? Poly MVA While it has the ability to be a very effective debugger free radicals. Its ability to donate electrons to the mitochondria of the cell is fundamental to explaining their enormous profits. Clinical evidence of reports of additional energy, led me to the hypothesis about their possible benefits early in stroke and ischemia. After an interruption of blood flow to tissues, in my case, is the brain, not the deprivation of oxygen and the glucose. Provide an alternative energy source can maintain the integrity of the electron transport chain in mitochondria. The complex is LAPD has shown, by Dr. Garnett, to shuttle electrons from oxidized DNA, however, this energy flow does not appear to proceed directly to DNA. By undertaking an essay competition with lipoic acid, which works in the complex I of mitochondria as a cofactor in the pyruvate is converted into acetyl-CoA, can attenuate the beneficial effects. This is critical as the health of the mitochondria is a major concern during myocardial ischemia and cerebral. By offering this alternative energy source, the electron component transport chain is not readily dissociate (coenzyme Q-10 = ubiquinone, cytochrome C). In a normal cell, this obviously would give a boost, but serve as a supplement to an ischemic cell.

Poly MVA may be taken with other vitamins and free radicals? Since the Police Department is a redox molecule very efficiently, the normal recommended daily vitamins have not been of importance in our laboratory studies. However, excessive doses of antioxidants can attenuate Poly MVAs benefits. As mentioned above, administration of alpha lipoic acid in our essay contest hindered redox benefits of Poly MVA. However, alpha lipoic acid provides only a fraction of the protection afforded by ischemic polymer.

Mechanisms of Action
Poly MVAs proposed mechanisms of action directly related to its structural formulation. Dr. Garnetts is a complex liquid crystal polymer and provide a unified redox. Redox polymers more efficiently take charge, and thus serve as potent antioxidants. In addition, they can also donate charge and serve as sources of energy alternatives. This electron transfer appears to be the key to its physiological effectiveness.

When glucose enters a cell it decomposes under anaerobic conditions (absence of oxygen) into pyruvate. Pyruvate subsequently enters the mitochondria through complex I, and is quickly oxidized in the presence of alpha-lipoic acid, to acetyl-CoA. In aerobic respiration, acetyl-CoA is then channeled into the / Krebs citric acid cycle to create the reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH). NADH donates its electrons to the electron transport chain to drive the phosphorylation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The body's energy needs are supplied by division ATP adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and a free phosphate molecule.
Studies have shown that the LAPD offers DNA electrons (for replace the electrons lost in normal cells as a consequence of oxidative damage associated with radiation and chemotherapy) through the mitochondria. This transfer provide an additional electron energy source to normal cells. However, cancer cells are metabolically challenged, and the function in a hypoxic environment. Because an excess of electrons have less oxygen to accept in the cancer cell, a local generation of free radicals produced in the mitochondrial membrane. This activates apoptosis by facilitating the release of cytochrome c from the inner mitochondrial membrane, which allows the formation of a complex of apoptosis in the cytoplasm. This complex, results in the subsequent activation of caspase cascade of enzymes that destroy malignant cells. Given that healthy cells are richly oxygenated, the LAPD is not toxic to them and actually benefiting from the energy boost.

Recent findings have focused on the role of Poly MVA and ability of malignant cells to adapt physiologically to a hypoxic environment. These physiological changes are mediated by a molecule called HIF-1 (factor hypoxia-inducible-1), which increases in hypoxic conditions to promote increased: Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) – promoter of angiogenesis; transport glucose 1 (GLUT1) and glycolytic enzymes critical components in anaerobic respiration, and Erythropoietin (EPO), responsible for cell differentiation red blood). Poly MVA appears to decrease the production of HIF-1 which limits the ability of cells to adapt to their environment and then making it more vulnerable cell death by apoptosis discussed above.
