Early 80’s Strat bridge/ fine tuner?

i have an early 80’s Jap strat, and need info / help w/ my D string fine tuner. it feels stripped. (it’s not tuning) i can’t seem to find info on this bridge anywhere i look. i’m pretty sure it’s stock, b/c the bridge is chrome and has “fender” cast right in. any info would be appreciated. i don’t want ot have to replace it, b/c im sure it’s original. TY in advance or any advice.
