I set up my new DSL account almost 2 weeks ago. I tried to set up the equipment yesterday but the set up would not complete due to a problem. I called and was told there was a problem with my account. What is the problem? 6619471751 is the account home #.

Randy: This IS NOT the area to post customer service issues to. Why you think Yahoo would have anything to do with your DSL account baffles me. Yahoo provides internet content, not connection service.
You need to telephone your internet service provider to get your question answered.
Also, it’s a real bad idea to post your telephone number or dsl account number on a public message board like this. If you can, you should delete your original question.
