I have a silver certificate with a blue seal how much is it worth?

Okay I have a silver certificate with a blue seal from 1892…in mint condition….I’ve searched all over to find it’s value…will someone PLEASE help me I must know the value of this certificate….. ~thanks~

What is Pulao?

Pulao is really word of Persian origin. In India, the Hindi word is corrupt is Pulav. Pilaf is another common name used in India.

Historically, the lamb was cooked in water with the spices. Once the meat was cooked, rice and more water added to finish cooking and along with rice, it was not uncommon to include split skinless Moong beans and cracked wheat, or Chana Dal. In some ways, rice, beans and grains All were cooked in beef broth. The broth with yogurt was called Yakhni.

For vegetarians, water, air and spices are used for cooking vegetables and rice together. Lacks all the flavors of the meat. In general, dried fruits and fried nuts are added. In northern India, usually refers to basically a Pilaf Vegetarian Pulao.

What is Biryani?

Biryani fry in Persian means 'before cooking' So to make Biryani, mutton fry in ghee and par-cooked (Cooked half way). Separately, the rice is fried in ghee and par-cooked (Cooked half way). Rice and meat were layered (cluster of rice in the upper cluster of meat) in a cookware called Handi. The Handi is sealed with dough. It is Dum cooked (baked) on low heat.

Over 30 different types of Biryani have evolved over time. There are two main types of Biryani these are: Lucknow, Hyderabad, and Tahiri.

Lucknow Biryani

First, the meat is fried and cooked in water and spices. The meat is spoon leaving the broth. In a separate pot, fried rice and then cooked then in lamb broth. Finally, the cooked meat and rice are layered in a Handi to finish cooking.

Hyderabad Biryani

The meat is fried, but marinated in a paste of yogurt and spices. Rice mixed with yogurt pasta. The "meat and marinade 'Handi also transferred to the cluster forming the meat. Cluster Rice in yogurt is deposited on top of the meat cluster. The Handi is then sealed Dum cooking for hours. Neither the beef fried rice and then before cooking. Hyderabad Biriyani
Ingredients

• Rice – 2 cups
• Mixed Vegetables – 3 cups
• Onions – 2
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Curd – 1 1 / 2 to 2 cups
• Ginger-garlic paste – 2 teaspoons
• Salt – as required
• Coriander leaves and mint leaves – few (about 1 tablespoon each)
• Lemon – 1 small

To paste:

• Onions – 2 medium
• Green chillies – 10
• Ginger – a small piece
• Cashew nuts – 2 tablespoons

li> Cloves – 6

• Cinnamon – a small piece
• Cardamom – 3
• Coriander leaves – few (2 tablespoons)

Fry in some oil around and grinding.

Method

1. Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes. Drain and keep a side.
2. Slice onions thinly.
3. Wash and cut up vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes, cauliflower, etc.) into small cubes.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and onion, fry until brown.
5. Add the vegetables Cut and fry until tender.
6. Now add ground masala and then fry until the raw smell goes.
7. Add curd Like, the water along with the necessary amount of salt and allow it to boil.
8. Add rice and cook over medium low heat until done.
9. Add the chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves, sprinkle a lemon and serve hot.
