Im 14 in highschool and want to become a navy seal how old do you have to be to become one in the navy?
I come from a family that been in the service since i can remember my brothers a marine my unc’s a army soldier an i want to make a difference in my life i want to join the navy because if i die i want to know that at least i died protecting my country an i want to make my mom proud after all the bad things ive done in my life so please help me
For the next 4 years, you need to concentrate on school. You need to get into really good shape. You have to be careful not to do any more “bad things.” You have to learn to give more than you think you have to give… physically and e of the medals you earn. You will probably not be abmentally. You have to be a strong person physically, mentally and morally. If you want to get into sports in school, I’d suggest swimming… and maybe cross-country.
People stress the physical preparation because they know that’s pretty grueling. It is, but I’ve seen some pretty strong guys cave in. You have to be mentally tough. You need to be able to take possession of your body and govern its feeling and action.
Don’t be in too much of a hurry to die for your country. I ran across a quote by General George Patton…
